The Violation Reporting System consists of tools and communication channels that provide employees and external stakeholders with the opportunity to signal violations of the law.
At Zakłady Farmaceutyczne COLFARM S.A., we have created a dedicated email address and telephone number (17) 788 58 19 for direct contact with the INTERNAL REPORTING COORDINATOR. An internal reporting form available to all stakeholders is posted below.
If you witness a law violation, please download and fill out the attached LAW VIOLATION REPORTING FORM. Please send the signed and dated form to:
