Call to submit share certificates
The Management Board of the Company under the name ZAKŁADY FARMACEUTYCZNE COLFARM Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Mielec (hereinafter the “Company”), pursuant to Article 16 of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Act – Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), calls on the Company's shareholders to submit their share certificated for dematerialisation.
The share certificates should be submitted at the Company's registered office, i.e. ul. Wojska Polskiego 3, 39-300 Mielec, on business days from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
